• 2-3 years of Gen AI experience.
• Experience with Python, Java, and AI strategy.
• Expertise in technology patterns and techniques applicable to cloud platforms like AWS.
• Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred.

• Execute and drive results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
• Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
• Communicate technical and business risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach software development engineers.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews for various projects.
