• 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• 2-3 years of Gen AI experience.
• Experience with Python, Java, and AI strategy.
• Expertise in technology patterns and techniques applicable to cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred.

• Execute and drive results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
• Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews for various projects.
• Mentor and coach software development engineers (SDEs) and their teams.
• Communicate risks and progress to business owners to facilitate informed decision-making.
