Job description
The role involves complete ownership of key product lines supporting in-situ metrology within KLA's SensArray division. This team focuses on providing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry, ensuring high yields and cost-effective manufacturing. The position requires strong technical insights and customer engagement to address pain points and strategize roadmaps. Collaboration with various engineering and operational teams is essential to deliver a customer-first experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of semiconductor process experience or experience inside a semiconductor fab
- 3+ years in the semiconductor capital equipment industry or experience inside a semiconductor fab
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes such as etch, CVD/PVD/ALD, CMP, or lithography
- Familiarity with process and metrology concepts
- Travel (international/domestic) up to 50%, with rare last-minute travel for customer emergencies
- Hands-on experience with AI, including building agents/skills
- Minor in MBA/Finance or 1+ years of experience in business development/product management
- 1 to 3 years of experience in program management
- Master's level degree with 4 years of related work experience or bachelor's level degree with 6 years of related work experience in a technical discipline
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmaps and provide key inputs and technical insights during the product life cycle phases.
- Support customer-facing activities including product demonstrations, evaluation planning, and technical troubleshooting.
- Interface with engineering, advanced development, software, firmware, operations, and manufacturing to provide a customer-first experience.
- Develop and maintain customer presentations, product overview materials, application notes, and technical documentation.
- Publish data-backed market requirement documentation and white papers.
