Job description
NVIDIA is seeking Senior System Software Engineers to join the Tegra system software group. The role focuses on developing and validating Tegra Boot and Security firmware across various platforms, including Automotive and Data Center. Candidates should excel in firmware development and have a strong background in embedded systems and operating systems. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with hardware and software teams to advance NVIDIA's next-generation SoCs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience in firmware and device driver development.
- Proficiency in embedded C and Python scripting.
- Strong understanding of applied cryptography, secure boot, and embedded systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and validate Tegra Boot and Security firmware across Automotive, Embedded, and Data Center platforms.
- Participate in the full silicon lifecycle, from pre-silicon simulation/emulation to silicon power-on.
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues within the Tegra Boot Firmware stack.
- Collaborate with architecture, software, and hardware teams to advance NVIDIA’s next-generation SoCs.
