Job description
NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee complex programs within NVIDIA Research. This role involves collaboration with various departments to manage graduate fellowship programs, academic outreach, and communication of research innovations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and technical fluency, enabling them to drive alignment in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses on improving program governance and ensuring effective execution of research initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of program management or related experience in a technology environment
- Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong experience with program governance, risk management, milestone planning, and executive reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough familiarity with modern communication tools including Microsoft Office, Slack, and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs from planning through execution, coordinating contributions from individuals across organizations including Research, Engineering, Legal, and Finance
- Maintain clear research reporting and execution visibility
- Improve program governance, operating rhythms, and delivery predictability
- Support NVIDIA's annual Graduate Fellow and Faculty Fellow planning, evaluation, and selection
- Track and report on research invention submissions, evaluations, and disposition
- Assemble, edit, and publish internal Research newsletters with content from the department and executive leadership
- Plan and orchestrate internal Research conferences and other events
