Job description

NVIDIA is seeking experienced software embedded engineers to join their team as a Sr. Solutions Architect. This role focuses on supporting innovative networking technologies that enhance AI workloads in large clusters. The position involves working closely with customers and R&D teams to address technical challenges and develop new features. Successful candidates will have a significant impact on the business and contribute to groundbreaking networking platforms.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with real-time embedded computer software.
  • Knowledge of Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols.
  • B.Sc, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with debugging issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and directly with customers.
  • Proven experience with firmware level code development for networking products.
  • Background with common sideband management protocols including NC-SI, MCTP, and RMII.

Responsibilities

  • Support networking technologies such as Spectrum-X and assist customers with their technical challenges during pre-sales activities.
  • Develop proof-of-concept materials for innovative technologies for early adopters.
  • Gain customers' trust and understand their needs to help design and deploy NVIDIA networking platforms for AI and HPC workloads.
  • Address sophisticated and highly visible customer issues.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to develop new features for customers.
  • Help with product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing.
