Job description

NVIDIA is seeking an ASIC Verification Engineer to verify the design and implementation of leading SoCs and GPUs. This role offers the chance to impact various product lines, including consumer graphics and self-driving cars. The team is composed of extraordinary individuals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. The position requires collaboration with architects, designers, and software engineers to achieve verification goals.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledgeable in verification methodology and creating reusable verification components.
  • Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming with SystemVerilog.
  • Exposure to design and verification tools such as VCS or equivalent simulation tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a passion for debugging.

Responsibilities

  • Verify the design, architecture, and micro-architecture using advanced verification methodologies.
  • Define the verification scope and contribute to the development of the verification infrastructure for memory subsystem units.
  • Verify firmware code with specific attention to hardware/firmware interactions.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to accomplish verification goals.
