The team focuses on enhancing developer velocity and production quality for AWS's storage services. Candidates will work in a high-visibility role with significant impact on engineering practices and software development at scale.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
