This role involves establishing V&V frameworks and test infrastructure while influencing product design from concept to deployment. The engineer will collaborate with internal robotics teams and engineering leaders to shape product architecture and define the V&V roadmap. The position requires a strong technical authority in hardware engineering and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• 15+ years in hardware engineering or related technical disciplines
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• Experience leading complex, multi-system projects from conception to delivery
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving technical decisions
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale distributed systems
• M.S. in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience in functional decomposition and leading teams in model-based simulation engineering
• Experience in rapid prototyping and agile testing methodologies

• Develop comprehensive Verification and Validation (V&V) plans with engineering teams.
• Verify that hardware meets defined specifications and functional requirements through targeted testing.
• Design test programs, plans, and methods for subsystem verification and complete system V&V tests.
• Execute test plans, generate test reports, and document results.
• Design, construct, and monitor specialized test fixtures for testing.
