Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Python, and Node.js.
- Experience with tools such as Rest Assured, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and JavaScript for comprehensive testing.
Responsibilities
- Participate in architecture design teams and define application-level architecture.
- Develop applications on complex projects and recommend development testing tools and methodologies.
- Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables and develop comprehensive documentation for applications.
- Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects and meet project goals on-time and on-budget.
- Advise on risk assessment and management strategies for projects and coordinate project schedules.
- Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve project and technology issues.
- Provide technology solutions to daily issues and mentor junior team members.
