• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and six years of experience in a related occupation, or a Master’s degree and four years of experience.
• Experience delivering Mid-tier 401k based technology offerings using agile working models.
• Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Jira, JiraAlign, Microsoft Excel, and Miro.

• Deliver incremental objectives and ensure alignment of technology strategies.
• Escalate and track technical impediments impacting IT programs.
• Facilitate coordination and sequencing of technical solutions across teams.
• Review project plans and coordinate project activities.
• Assign and review the work of Systems Analysts and Programmers.
• Prepare and review operational and project progress reports.
• Consult with users and management to assess computing needs.
• Evaluate the organization’s technology use and recommend improvements.
