Job description

This position involves building automation pipelines using DevOps concepts and CI/CD practices. The role focuses on crafting and maintaining testing frameworks, designing automated tests, and improving the maintainability of the automation platform. The candidate will work within an Agile/Scrum environment and provide business solutions through complex software applications. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and one year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, and Java.
  • Experience in developing UI automated tests and API automated tests using Rest Assured, Java, SQL, and Postman.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

Responsibilities

  • Develop original and creative technical solutions for ongoing development efforts.
  • Design applications or subsystems for major projects across multiple platforms.
  • Support and perform all phases of testing leading to implementation.
  • Assist in planning and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting corporate initiatives.
  • Establish project plans for projects of moderate scope.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and senior leaders in the domain area.
  • Perform independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects.
