Job description

This position involves writing effective SQL stored procedures and optimizing existing structures while developing automated testing solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and one year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing highly scalable applications using Java or J2EE, Spring modules, and Rest APIs.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices, Docker, Jenkins, Git or Bitbucket, Concourse, and Udeploy.
  • Expertise in implementing Content Management Solutions (CMS) using Quadient Inspire toolset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts.
  • Design applications or subsystems on major projects across multiple platforms.
  • Develop applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.
  • Support and perform all phases of testing leading to implementation.
  • Assist in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting corporate initiatives.
  • Establish project plans for projects of moderate scope.
  • Perform independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects.
