Job description

The role is focused on conducting vulnerability research on Apple software, firmware, and hardware components. The team is dedicated to safeguarding Apple products, including iOS and macOS, by evaluating their security. Team members will analyze and exploit vulnerabilities to enhance system security. This position requires strong technical skills and a passion for securing systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in vulnerability research and binary exploitation
  • Excellent understanding of common vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques
  • Creative and effective problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the security architecture of at least one complex operating system
  • Experience with reverse-engineering tools such as IDA Pro or Ghidra
  • Familiarity with tool development using programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Swift, or Objective-C

Responsibilities

  • Conduct vulnerability research on Apple software, firmware, and hardware components
  • Analyze and exploit vulnerabilities in various Apple products
