The Principal AI/ML Engineer will perform complex technical and functional analysis to support various divisional initiatives. This role focuses on deep data analysis using SQL and the development of AI and ML solutions to enhance customer personalization. The engineer will design and implement data pipelines, deploy solutions on AWS, and develop APIs and front-end applications. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and advising on technical strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and five years of experience as a Principal AI/ML Engineer, or a Master's degree and three years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing retrieval-augmented generation systems using Python and AWS technologies.
• Experience in architecting AI and ML infrastructure using AWS services such as SageMaker and Lambda.
• Proficiency in building feature store architectures and implementing ETL pipelines using AWS Glue or PySpark.
• Knowledge of establishing secure AWS infrastructures and deploying NLP model pipelines.

• Build sophisticated analytics and ML platforms to enable innovative AI solutions.
• Design and automate complex data pipelines with multiple sources and consumers.
• Deploy ML models and operations using software engineering principles.
• Participate in architecture design discussions and implement application-level architecture.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications or subsystems.
• Advise on risk assessment and management strategies for projects.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technology solutions to daily issues.
