• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Director, Software Engineering.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and four years of experience as a Director, Software Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using RESTful Web services architecture and the Spring framework.
• Experience in developing distributed, low-latency, high throughput applications using CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.

• Translate and incorporate business vision and strategy into architectural strategy recommendations.
• Participate in high-level, cross-functional architecture design teams.
• Consult on the development and delivery of major technology initiatives for the business unit.
• Oversee the technical implementation of cross-divisional architectural components.
• Provide leadership, technical supervision, and expertise to multiple teams on complex projects.
• Research and recommend new technologies to support the strategic direction of the business unit.
