Job description

This role involves architecting, designing, and implementing complex enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform. The focus is on utilizing technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs to create high-performance solutions. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and technical leadership across projects. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior team members and stay current with Salesforce platform updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and five years of experience as a Principal Full Stack Engineer, or a Master’s degree and three years of experience in the same role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development using Git-based version control systems.
  • Proficiency in architecting and optimizing Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design sessions and produce detailed design documentation.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure code quality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis.
  • Stay current with platform releases and evaluate their applicability to projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives.
