• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
• 2+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals including networking, storage, and operating systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Knowledge of a front-end language such as Javascript, CSS, or HTML
• Willingness to travel as required

• Diagnose and fix production software issues
• Develop monitoring solutions and perform software maintenance
• Implement fixes for internally developed code in languages such as Perl, C/C++, and Java
• Debug and execute persistence solutions queries
• Update, track, and resolve technical challenges
• Collaborate with development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects
• Update and enhance current software and automate support processes
• Document systems and manage operational cadence and programs
