The Senior IT Analyst for Operational Technology and Lab-Applications at Elanco will serve as a vital link between global IT teams and operational technology at manufacturing and R&D sites. Based in Fort Dodge, IA, this role focuses on advancing capabilities at the intersection of Information Technology and Operational Technology. The analyst will ensure seamless integration and support of essential systems that drive innovation and production. This position emphasizes collaboration with business customers to translate needs into operational requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Process Automation, Operational Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational Technology infrastructure support.
• Demonstrated creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas and solve work-related problems.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient facilitation and teamwork abilities, combined with the initiative to work independently.

• Partner with key business customers in manufacturing and R&D to analyze and translate business needs into detailed application and operational requirements.
• Take full ownership of the application lifecycle for local OT/IT systems, including solution development and vendor management.
• Guide and manage multiple IT/OT projects simultaneously, developing project plans and managing budgets.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for the integration and support of IT/OT solutions.
• Proactively network with IT and OT resources across Elanco to share reusable solutions and implement best practices.
