This role involves designing and shipping platform features while collaborating closely with customers to address their integration challenges. Engineers will have ownership of their services from design through production, ensuring that solutions are scalable and reusable. The team operates in a fast-paced environment, focusing on real-world applications of AI and AWS cloud services.
Requirements

- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
- Experience with real-time streaming, audio, or IoT systems
Responsibilities
- Work as a full-stack software/product engineer, designing and building end-to-end platform features across backend services and frontend experiences.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand integration challenges and build proof-of-concepts.
- Turn patterns from customer engagements into reusable platform features.
- Own services from design through production, writing clean and maintainable code.
- Write design documents, lead technical reviews, and make architectural trade-offs.
- Mentor teammates and participate in hiring processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to on-call rotations.
Benefits

Financial wellness typically includes a 401(k) with company match (up to 2%), Restricted Stock Units (equity), FSAs, an emergency savings program, product and partner discounts, and even college-savings and home-purchase programs. Overall, the package is designed to support employees and their families’ health, finances, and day-to-day life.
