The Senior Director of Software Engineering for Android TV will lead the technical vision and strategy for expanding the Android TV ecosystem. Requirements

  • 15 years of professional experience developing technology products.
  • Experience leading and building products in TV media consumer products or platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • A track record of success in the full life-cycle of software development.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the technical vision and strategy for delivering and growing the Android TV ecosystem.
  • Steer high-stakes technical evaluations with partners.
  • Lead the technical evolution of TV in an AI-first world.
  • Enforce rigorous engineering discipline around clean conversational UI paradigms and hybrid model execution.
