• Candidate must possess a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Optics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidate must have at least 6 months of experience in semiconductor device fabrication, electrical characterization of transistors, or clean room process development.

• Develop and define integrated front end process flows for new technology nodes.
• Analyze yield loss and parametric failures and perform root cause analysis using statistical tools.
• Ensure electrical parameters meet design targets and work closely with device engineers to tune process conditions.
• Implement control plans and process monitoring strategies using statistical tools.
• Support ramp from R&D to high-volume manufacturing and document process specifications.
