Responsibilities
- Own team outcomes and business impact for Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Coach and develop engineers across technical depth, customer empathy, and ownership.
- Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance.
- Ensure the team is focused on the right problems and highest-leverage opportunities.
- Partner closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM.
- Stay close to the work by reviewing PRs, helping scope technical work, and reviewing design docs.
- Build a strong team culture grounded in trust, rigor, and urgency.
- Strengthen the feedback loop between customer signal and product roadmap.
