Job description

The Engineering Manager for Forward Deployed at Privy will lead a team focused on solving critical customer problems through complex integrations and new product features. Responsibilities

  • Own team outcomes and business impact for Forward Deployed Engineering.
  • Coach and develop engineers across technical depth, customer empathy, and ownership.
  • Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance.
  • Ensure the team is focused on the right problems and highest-leverage opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM.
  • Stay close to the work by reviewing PRs, helping scope technical work, and reviewing design docs.
  • Build a strong team culture grounded in trust, rigor, and urgency.
  • Strengthen the feedback loop between customer signal and product roadmap.
