• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering design
• Working knowledge of AutoCad, Civil 3D, and 3D Modeling
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Accountable for the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks
• Conceptualize and develop all aspects of civil design for projects
• Engage in masterplanning, site planning, and utility design
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater, and erosion control systems
• Navigate permitting processes and ensure compliance
