• 6-10 years of experience as an Applications Development Manager with hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and strong understanding of AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other message queue technologies for building event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle database management.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java based microservices and APIs for Citi's global instant payments platform.
• Leverage on-premise and AWS cloud services to build and deploy cloud native applications.
• Utilize MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas expertise to design and manage efficient data storage and retrieval solutions.
• Implement Kafka and message queues to enable real-time data processing and communication.
• Work closely with tech leads and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough unit and system testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
