The Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst at Citibank will be responsible for participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. This role requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert for senior stakeholders and providing user support on applications. The analyst will also conduct feasibility studies, create project scope documents, and develop technical solutions for business requests. The position may allow for a telecommuting or hybrid work schedule within a commutable distance from the worksite.

• Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years of experience in relevant positions.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience will be accepted.
• Full span of experience must include zTPF, zTPF-C/C++, zTPF-DF, Sabre-Talk, IBM Mainframe, IBM CMS, IBM TPF Toolkit, C/C++, TPF Assembler, IBM ESA/390 Assembler, and IBM Toolkit.
• Experience in analyzing and developing technical solutions for business requests is required.
• Experience in documenting technical design and test plans is necessary.
