The Senior Engineering Manager Trade Management Equities Acceleration - Director is a leadership role within the Markets Operations Technology group at Citi. This position focuses on transforming the legacy securities processing technology stack into a modern infrastructure capable of supporting high volumes and low latency processing. The role involves managing a team to ensure alignment with stakeholders and participating in architecture discussions. The candidate will need a strong understanding of both the business domain and technical aspects of securities processing.

• Extensive experience in managing software engineering teams.
