The role is part of the Digital Asset Security Operations team within Fidelity's Enterprise Cybersecurity group, focusing on cybersecurity engineering and operational support for cryptocurrency and blockchain products. The team seeks a member who is eager to learn, take ownership, and share knowledge. This position offers exposure to cryptographic processes, hardware security modules, and leading monitoring tools. The candidate will interact with various teams, enhancing their skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technology discipline
• 6+ years of experience in a distributed IT Engineering and/or support function
• 2+ years of experience with implementing and supporting APIs, Key management & Encryption products, and solutions
• 1-2 years of experience with cloud computing (AWS/Kubernetes/Containerization)
• Understanding of Cryptography/encryption concepts, methods, and processes
• Strong working knowledge of OS (Linux and Windows) from a security point of view
• Knowledge of deploying and managing APIs, and automation/scripting (Python/Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD and configuration management systems such as Github, Jenkins and Artifactory
• Hands-on experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSM) for key management is highly desired
• Good system analysis and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Agile methodology and ability to work in a fast-paced Enterprise environment is desired

• Design, build, and support critical solutions for Fidelity cryptocurrency infrastructure
• Perform routine tasks of Incident, change and release management in ongoing operations support
• Execute source code control, build and deployment automation, configuration and change management
• Perform monitoring and log integration, server and network security access control for cryptocurrency projects
• Conduct systems security engineering work including designing and recommending new controls implementations
• Execute proof of concepts and research new solutions for emerging threats
• Develop process improvements to enhance cybersecurity controls
• Define, implement, and support authentication, authorization, monitoring, policy enforcement, and access control for production systems in a cryptocurrency environment
