Requirements
- BS degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in NAND development, specifically in product engineering, design, and process integration.
- Experience with NAND failure analysis, testing, and debug efforts.
- MS or PhD in a technical subject area with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to perform hands-on measurements of NAND arrays and connect transistor properties to full product operation.
- Experience across multiple lithographies from basic device definition to final qualification.
- Understanding of key NAND system specifications related to embedded NAND and SSD solutions.
- Experience in competitor analysis of NAND die and solutions.
- Experience with NAND flash engineering, flash memory technology, and processing.
- 3-D NAND development experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
