Job description

The Principal Quality Engineer will play a key role in evolving the Quality Engineering organization for Commerce & Growth within Apple Services Engineering. This team is responsible for ensuring the quality of diverse systems that operate at a massive scale, including server APIs and user interfaces. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in quality engineering, strategy development, and process improvement. Collaboration with various teams across Apple is essential to drive quality and efficiency in product delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the quality engineering space.
  • Experience leading large technical organizations through change.
  • Expert in the practice of QA/QE with a track record of improving quality through processes, systems, and automation.
  • Strong technical leadership and keen architecture sense.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across cultures, geography, and timezones.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
