This position within the AWS Transform team focuses on building Agentic AI systems that help customers modernize applications for cost savings, security, scalability, and resiliency. The team is dedicated to creating next-generation, agent-driven solutions that transform enterprise workloads. A successful candidate will possess deep technical expertise and a desire to impact the industry while working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves collaboration with various teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex distributed systems with stringent latency and reliability requirements
- Architect scalable agent infrastructure including orchestration, state management, and tool integration
- Drive technical alignment across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Science, and customers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Develop team members' technical capabilities through mentorship and knowledge sharing
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience in all technical decisions
