The role is for a senior Architect within Fidelity's Architecture and Engineering team, focusing on the Workplace Platforms that support the Workplace Investing business. This position involves leading a team of architects to enhance and modernize critical platforms while aligning architecture strategies with business and technology roadmaps. The Architect will provide leadership and guidance to ensure collaboration with product and engineering teams. The team is responsible for defining security architecture and ensuring customer protection across various interactions.

• Demonstrable experience in leading technical leaders, especially architects.
• Experience in partnering with product and engineering leaders to shape strategy, roadmap, and implementation approaches.
• Experience practicing Business Architecture including aligning Business and Technology strategies.
• Demonstrable understanding in all aspects of technical architecture.
• Experience in Modern Architecture and Cloud Technologies.

• Provide architecture solutions for multiple agile teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads on product and delivery requirements.
• Represent Workplace Investing with vendors and external partners.
• Enable the delivery of market leading products and capabilities.
