This role is focused on providing IT support to Amazon Operations, ensuring the availability of networking and computing systems. The team is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure while fostering continuous improvement. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to manage local technical projects. The position requires interaction with management and staff to enhance IT solutions and support customers across multiple locations.

• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies including AD, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM
• 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
• 1+ years of experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery
• 2+ years of experience in networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
• 2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
• 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in computer networking
• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment

• Perform network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration in various software and hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• Manage local technical projects effectively.
• Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area as well as remote customers.
• Travel within the local or regional area to support customers.
