The AWS Marketplace Technical Service Operations (TSO) team is seeking a hands-on, customer-obsessed individual to manage operational relationships with software providers and Amazon stakeholders. This role focuses on content acquisition and end-to-end management of content ingestion within Amazon systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and experience with GenAI tools to optimize processes. The position requires coordination between technical resources and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of network and operating system support experience
• 3+ years of virtualization, orchestration and cloud computing experience
• 3+ years of database administration experience
• 3+ years of software development with object-oriented language experience
• 3+ years of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) experience
• 3+ years of information security and compliance experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years of technical support experience
• Demonstrated ability using GenAI tools to optimize or automate processes
• AWS AI Practitioner Certification
• AWS Solutions Architect-Associate Certification

• Support software vendors throughout the lifecycle of selling their products on AWS Marketplace.
• Become knowledgeable in all workflows of a Support Engineer including publishing new listings and seller support.
• Operate within established SLAs for seller-facing workflows.
• Discover true requirements and recommend alternative technical approaches.
• Work with product managers to launch products, services, and features.
• Use GenAI to automate inefficient manual processes.
• Scope requirements and create Standard Operating Procedures in new fields.
