This role focuses on delivering ultra-high performance by processing millions of packets per second on embedded CPU cores. • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to development practices
• Lead architecture decisions and participate in design and code reviews
• Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology
• Communicate with users and technical teams to gather requirements and describe software features
