Job description
The ACE Engineer role at Amazon Web Services involves deploying, operating, and scaling a massive distributed system that is essential to AWS. Requirements
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
- 5+ years of Linux systems administration experience
- 5+ years of technical troubleshooting and support experience
- 3+ years of networking experience with TCP/IP
- Experience working with scripting languages
- Proficiency with troubleshooting
- Experience automating complex tasks
- Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP certification, or an Associate's degree or above
Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate a large-scale distributed system that is core to AWS.
- Innovate new methods for building scalable security systems.
- Support public AWS offerings like S3, EC2, and CloudFront.
- Collaborate with a passionate team to enhance cloud computing security.
- Manage identity management and web services security.
