Job description

The Marketing Analytics Associate/Analyst role within the Commercial Strategy team focuses on leveraging data science to enhance business growth in digital banking products. The position involves analyzing consumer behaviors to optimize marketing spend and improve customer acquisition. Candidates will work with advanced measurement frameworks and collaborate with various teams to drive profitability. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical background and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or Economics is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or commercial strategy, preferably within consumer banking or financial services.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python, specifically for data science and statistics.
  • Hands-on experience with LiveRamp, Google Ads Data Hub, and/or Data Clean Rooms.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as regression and hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data clean rooms to perform privacy-safe data collaboration and identity stitching across fragmented touchpoints.
  • Design and execute randomized controlled tests and geo-testing to measure the true incremental impact of marketing investments.
  • Conduct Marketing Mix Modeling to estimate marketing contribution and inform budget planning.
  • Build and automate high-impact dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing ROI and channel performance.
