The Systems/Integration Engineer will provide senior technical leadership in defining and executing the firm's modern workplace strategy, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Copilot. This role involves collaboration with various teams to deliver secure and scalable collaboration solutions across the M365 estate. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in Microsoft collaboration platforms to drive engineering strategies that align with business priorities and security requirements. They will also mentor senior engineers and ensure the successful execution of large-scale initiatives.

• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deep expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Graph.
• Extensive knowledge of M365 governance and security capabilities.
• Solid PowerShell and automation experience.

• Define and drive the engineering strategy for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Lead execution of large-scale initiatives from solution design through implementation.
• Establish platform patterns, standards, and guardrails for architecture and governance.
• Partner with various stakeholders to deliver balanced solutions.
• Support enterprise adoption of M365 Copilot by defining enablement strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for complex migrations and integrations.
