In this role, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for clients. You will work in teams of 2 to 5 consultants, actively engaging in all aspects of client engagements and presenting results to client management. Your focus will be on leveraging industry knowledge to solve client problems and developing analytical products to enhance client impact. • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field required, such as Biology or Chemistry.
• 1+ years of experience and strong interest in pharmaceutical R&D topics from a sponsor, CRO, or site perspective.
• Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic business tools.
• Demonstrated communication, leadership, and project management skills.
