Job description

In this role, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for clients. You will work in teams of 2 to 5 consultants, actively engaging in all aspects of client engagements and presenting results to client management. Your focus will be on leveraging industry knowledge to solve client problems and developing analytical products to enhance client impact. You will thrive in a high-performance culture, driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with clients.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field required, such as Biology or Chemistry.
  • 1+ years of experience and strong interest in pharmaceutical R&D topics from a sponsor, CRO, or site perspective.
  • Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency with data visualization, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic business tools.
  • Demonstrated communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze information to formulate and test hypotheses.
  • Develop and communicate recommendations to client management.
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations.
  • Develop industry analyses and keep up to date with industry developments.
  • Create McKinsey-formatted end-products, including written memos and presentations.
  • Develop novel tools and analytical products to improve client work.
