In this role, you will be part of an engagement team focused on driving large-scale transformation efforts for clients. You will work closely with a team of consultants and an engagement manager to execute transformation objectives and help clients achieve significant performance improvements. The position involves direct client interaction, ownership of specific workstreams, and the opportunity to develop and coach clients in effective improvement plans. You will also have the chance to build strong relationships and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience focused on operations, finance/accounting, and/or go-to-market/top-line growth initiatives
- Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, turnaround and restructurings, M&A and integrations, and/or investment banking is a plus
- Program management experience on driving large-scale, transformational change programs is preferred
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret financial statements
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving, comfort with quantitative analysis and managerial accounting
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day execution of transformation efforts to help clients achieve new performance highs.
- Apply a methodology-driven approach to large-scale transformation focusing on execution and capability building.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams and end-products within the overall transformation program.
- Coach clients to develop and execute effective improvement plans.
- Build strong relationships and inspire others in a collaborative team setting.
- Operate autonomously with limited direction to drive progress in areas of accountability.
