Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to uncover true challenges in their supplier and product development strategies.
  • Create actionable plans that drive real change for clients.
  • Equip clients with tools and knowledge to continue innovating after project completion.
  • Work alongside McKinsey colleagues to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions.
  • Help clients refine strategies and implement best-in-class procurement operating models.

Benefits

  • Employees at McKinsey are often offered a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, prescription benefits, mental-health resources, expert medical opinions, and travel emergency protection. Financial benefits typically include retirement contributions and savings plans, life/accident/disability insurance, tax-advantaged accounts, and financial coaching.
