Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree in engineering, business, operations or related disciplines preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant experience with a progressive career trajectory, preferably in large, multi-national companies.
- Experience in high-performance, mega capital excellence construction projects with leadership skills in performance improvement and change management.
- Field-based experience in industries such as oil and gas, mining, energy, or chemicals.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle responsibilities in a complex work environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and local office languages.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on developing and defining operational strategies.
- Implement recommendations to support client business objectives.
