The Client Risk & Reputation Analyst role is part of the AMER Client Risk team at Bain, focusing on client selection and acceptance processes. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure responsible growth while managing risk. The analyst will lead risk assessments, produce reporting on client risks, and support team initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation. The role requires strong analytical skills and a passion for ethical leadership.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate, legal, audit, risk, or a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leaders.
- Interest in current affairs and geopolitical dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end risk assessments across the AMER opportunity pipeline.
- Support in-depth discussions with Partners on client context, strategy, and reputational considerations.
- Own and produce reporting on client risk and reputational themes across AMER.
- Design and develop briefing materials and coordinate leadership updates for senior stakeholders.
- Support initiatives to evolve the team’s mission and improve overall team impact.
