Job description
The CT_NITRO Experimental AI Engineer at EY is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI models, including large language models. This role involves overseeing the entire data science lifecycle and mentoring junior data scientists. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into products and services, ensuring that sophisticated models translate into practical solutions. The position requires a strong focus on innovation and solving complex business challenges through AI technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, large scale data acquisition, transformation, and cleaning of both structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with data wrangling, visualization, and modeling in Python.
- Experience in ML/NLP algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Good knowledge of cloud ecosystems, preferably Azure.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools such as sci-kit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, MXNet, PyTorch, and MLlib.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with SQL, Document DBs, and Vector DBs.
- Knowledge of containerization platforms like Docker is a plus.

- Automate important infrastructure for the data science team.
