  • 4 years of healthcare industry experience or experience providing advisory or consulting services to clients in the healthcare industry.
  • 2 years of experience with healthcare operations organization strategy, operating model design and deployment.
  • 2 years of experience managing client relationships within the healthcare industry.
  • 3 years of experience writing and delivering healthcare operations strategy impact presentations for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business consulting services to improve payer and provider operations in the healthcare industry.
  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for healthcare executives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, design, and implement business performance management and analytics enablement.
  • Develop process flows depicting pain points in business processes and conduct analyses to draw conclusions.
