  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing end to end process flows across NetSuite.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites 60% or more.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
  • Assist project teams with developing solution architecture to meet complex client requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across business and technical teams.
