The role of Manager in Data Science at EY focuses on providing consulting services to government and public sector clients. The team aims to leverage data science and analytics to help clients achieve their mission outcomes. This position involves applying advanced statistical analysis and data mining techniques to large datasets. The Manager will also lead diverse teams and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering quality services.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of progressive work experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of work experience.
• Must have 4 years of advisory and/or consulting experience.
• Must have 4 years of hands-on experience with data science, big data, and/or data engineering.
• Must have 3 years of experience connecting data sources using APIs, NoSQL, RDBMS, Hadoop, S3, SQL, Hive, Pig, or Blob Storage.
• Must have 3 years of experience with advanced statistical modeling.
• Must have 2 years of experience in at least one programming language such as R, Python, Java, C#, or Scala.
• Must have 2 years of experience with machine learning techniques and data mining tools.
• Must have 2 years of hands-on experience with big data technologies in Google, AWS, or Microsoft ecosystems.
• Must have 4 years of experience with tools/libraries including Python, Panda, or R.
• Must have 2 years of experience in leading and mentoring staff.

• Provide a full range of consulting services to help clients implement new ideas.
• Apply data mining and statistical analysis techniques to analyze large amounts of data.
• Deliver the latest data science and big data technologies to design and maintain scalable solutions.
• Help clients make data-driven decisions by building predictive models.
