• Design technical solutions that meet customer business requirements and needs.
• Lead the creation of high-quality client-facing deliverables during the sales cycle.
• Act as the primary technical trusted advisor to clients and prospects in pre-sales situations.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and shape client requirements while collaborating with service pricing and contracts.
• Translate won scope into detailed target architectures and define technical blueprints post-contract award.
