- Experience with public sector clients like state governments, counties, and cities is preferred.
- Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing, issue resolution, and impact analysis is required.
Responsibilities
- Consult on best practices regarding Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate configurations.
- Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
- Coordinate efforts between module resources to implement optimal solutions for clients.
- Maintain system-related processes and documentation, suggesting changes to procedures.
- Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices.
