Requirements

- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud CX, focusing on Subscription Management or related quote-to-cash solutions.
- Proven understanding of subscription-based business models, including recurring revenue and usage-based pricing.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle CX Subscription Management and integrating with downstream billing and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CX architecture and data models.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud CX Subscription Management implementations across business units.
- Design, configure, and deploy subscription-based offerings within Oracle CX.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and IT teams to gather business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycles, including quote-to-order and renewal processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor subscription performance and revenue metrics.
